Refund, Deposit, Cancellation, and Privacy Policy 

 

At the Software Engineering Accelerator, we are dedicated to transparency and providing a high-quality experience for all our participants. Below, we outline our policies regarding refunds, deposits, cancellations, and privacy to ensure clear expectations and a seamless experience.

 

Refund Policy 

 

Tuition payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Accelerator Agreement, which is reviewed and signed by clients during enrollment.

  No refunds will be issued unless explicitly agreed upon in the Accelerator Agreement.

  The Accelerator Agreement clearly defines all terms related to tuition payments, including the scope of services provided and any refund exceptions, if applicable.

 

Please review the Accelerator Agreement thoroughly before enrolling to understand your commitments and the terms of service.

 

Deposit Policy 

 

The Accelerator may require a deposit to hold a spot in the program. The following terms apply:

 1. Refundable Deposits:

  Deposits are only refundable if explicitly stated on the deposit checkout page and/or during the initial consultation call.

  If a refundable deposit is offered, it will remain refundable only until the completion of the scheduled follow-up call.

 2. Refund Limitations After Follow-Up Call:

  Beyond the follow-up call, if a refund of the deposit is not processed at that time, the refundability of the deposit is no longer applicable, and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

 3. Non-Refundable Deposits:

  If it is not explicitly stated on the deposit checkout page or during the call that the deposit is refundable, then the deposit is considered non-refundable.

  Deposits not used to hold a follow-up call or in cases of missed or unrescheduled calls will also not be refunded.

 

Please ensure you understand the terms of your deposit before submitting it.

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or coaching call.

 1. Missed Calls:

  Missing a scheduled call without providing notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit (if applicable) and may impact eligibility to participate in the program.

 2. Rescheduling:

  Calls can be rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Privacy Policy 

 

We value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy.

 1. Collection and Use of Information:

  We collect only the necessary information to provide our services, including your name, contact details, and career or educational background.

 2. Information Sharing:

  We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
